Tami Gale Named 2026 Professional of the Year by the Senior Resource Council

We’re thrilled to share that Tami Gale, owner of Gale Force Organizers, has been named the 2026 Professional of the Year by the Senior Resource Council at the Joe Henjum Senior Accolades.

This recognition reflects the compassion, patience, and care Tami brings to every client and family she serves. While Gale Force Organizers helps with organizing, downsizing, and move management, the work often goes far beyond the physical process of sorting belongings or preparing for a move.

For many older adults, these transitions can be deeply personal and emotional. Tami takes the time to listen, work at each client’s pace, and make decisions alongside them rather than for them. Families often come to see her as more than an organizer—she becomes a trusted guide who helps connect them with resources and makes an overwhelming season of life feel more manageable.

Supporting Seniors Through Life’s Transitions

Tami founded Gale Force Organizers after recognizing that there were very few professional organizers specifically serving seniors.

Four years later, Gale Force Organizers has grown into a team dedicated to helping older adults declutter so they can comfortably age in place, downsize into more manageable homes, or prepare for a move into a senior living community.

Reflecting on the award, Tami shared how surprised, pleased, and humbled she was by the recognition. She also expressed her appreciation for the trust clients place in the Gale Force Organizers team during what can be a stressful and hectic time, as well as her gratitude for being part of the senior-serving community in Colorado Springs.

A Well-Deserved Recognition

We’re incredibly proud to see Tami’s dedication to seniors and their families recognized by the Senior Resource Council.

Congratulations, Tami, on being named the 2026 Professional of the Year!
